As a Customer Service Representative at Reed Agency State Farm, you'll have the exciting opportunity to create wonderful experiences for our customers and contribute to the success of our insurance agency! RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Have great conversations with our wonderful customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Uncover and help solve any additional insurance needs our customers have.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
